With over 40,000 indigenous native species of trees planted in the area, the project resides in the midst of the biggest plantation of trees in Khandala and Lonavala. These trees will act as a massive carbon sink — increasing oxygen, reducing CO2 and pollutants by 30X, and increasing the bird population in the vicinage.

Our glorious 5-bedroom homes are crafted meticulously without exposed beams and columns, giving you a clear free-flowing energy in the house. The beamless and columnless living room is planned to integrate the dining, outdoor dining, veranda, swimming pool and garden.
The master bedroom of the villa is complemented with a deck and personal office area. Every room is infused in grandeur with wall-to-wall glass windows facing the expanse of a deck that unfurls views that take your breath away.

We make our homes into a blossoming haven by offering our residents a Vegetable & Fruit Garden to grow their own fresh crops — like Mangoes, Papayas, Bananas, Strawberries, Mulberries, Pineapple, Chikoo, Guava and Avocado, as well as exotic veggies like Parsley, Cabbage, Tomatoes, Green Chillies, Capsicum, Cucumber, Mint, Fenugreek, Corn, Coriander and Lemongrass.
The lush gardens in the villa are fitted with sprinklers and drip irrigation systems, so that your crops are well-watered even when you’re away.
Eco-conscious is in our DNA. Ecological landscaping is a more responsible way of designing gardens. It helps the process of beautification by preserving the biodiversity, and focuses on helping build ‘liveliness’ on the land.
The design of our Zero Waste Homes is planned in such a way that it combines active solar water heaters, integrates sustainable materials with a rain water harvesting system, and creates massive carbon sinks that emit 30 times more purified oxygen in and around your home.
The internal roads are paved in cobblestone, keeping up with the core design philosophy of using natural materials. With a composting plant and solar panels for the home’s hot water requirements, we make our materials and processes earth-friendly at every step — a truly green community that practices what it preaches.
